Eisteddfods are a great way for our younger generation to gain experience in performing at a high level, in front of a crowd and in a competition setting. The Lake Macquarie Eisteddfod is one of the Hunter Region’s most loved eisteddfods as it provides an excellent opportunity to compete, whilst also making sure to create a safe and encouraging environment for all its performers. Each year Lake Macquarie Music Society runs eisteddfods in divisions including:
- Piano
- Vocal
- Speech & Drama
- Woodwind Division
- Strings Division
- Ensembles
